Shipping:
Free Shipping on orders over $100+. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Central Standard Time orders placed after 3 p.m. are considered ordered the next business day. All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS. If expedited shipping is paid for, this doesn’t expedite processing time it speeds up shipping transit time.
RETURNS:
Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for in-store credit. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, which includes being unworn and undamaged. All original tags must remain attached to the items being returned.
Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout, but may return in accordance with our return policy.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Specific categories of items are excluded from this return policy. Sale items, headwear, purses, purse straps, wallets, robes, bralettes, bodysuits, all drop ship items, and jewelry are FINAL sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure the quality of our products.
For footwear, it is required that shoes be returned unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging. The original box must be intact, as returns without the box or with a damaged box will not be accepted. This stipulation is crucial to preserve the integrity of the product and facilitate future sales.
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-Orders cannot be canceled, but when received, can follow accordance with our return policy.
EXCHANGES:
Due to limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size, color or any other variation.
ALL ORDERS:

To initiate a return, you as the customer are responsible for purchasing and providing your own shipping label at your desired carrier. Package up items as it was sent to you. Items must be returned with tags, undamaged and unworn. If items do not have tags, are worn/damaged, your return will not be processed. Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation in package. Please e-mail us at laurenandlouboutique@gmail.com to let us know you have initiated and sent a return so we can be on the lookout for it. Please provide us the tracking info.

Lauren and Lou Boutique is not responsible for delays with carrier shipping, lost, damaged, or "marked delivered" items. Please contact carrier support if you have a lost, stolen or damaged package.
